If your child loves eating buttered pasta, then try this simple hack of adding in Norish Bone Broth and NutriDense Meal Booster powders.
These powders have a mix of organic quinoa, carrot, spinach, broccoli, garlic, onion, cauliflower and herbs, NZ grass-fed beef liver + bone broth. So not only does it add veggies, protein, collagen and amino acids, you can make their favourite food a wee bit healthier in the easiest way possible in as little as 10 minutes.
Ingredients:

1 packet (250g) noodles or pasta of your choice

Save ¾ cup of the pasta water

1.5 Tbsp Norish Bone Broth Powder

1.5 Tbsp Norish NutriDense Meal Booster Powder

3-4 Tbsp butter or ghee

Salt to taste
Optional add ins depending on what you / your kiddies like:
- a handful of parmesan cheese,
- leftover chopped roasted chicken,
- 2 egg yolks for extra creaminess and nutrition,
- other veggies
Method:

Add water into a medium sized pan and bring to a boil.

Once boiling, add the pasta in and cook following the instructions on the noodle packet.

Reserve ¾ cup of the pasta cooking liquid and drain the noodles.

Whisk together the Bone Broth and NutriDense Meal booster powders plus pasta water until combined.

Now add the drained noodles, butter (or ghee) and liquid. Stir to combine. If you’re adding in any of the optional add-ins, stir them through now.

Serve and sprinkle with salt and fresh parsley if desired.
