Norish Smoothie Booster - Juice Layer

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pure, cloudy apple juice
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2-1 tbsp Norish Smoothie Booster
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or sweetener of your choice (optional)
  • 5 tbsp gelatine

Method:

  1. Cook the Juice: In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of apple juice and the frozen raspberries. Bring it to a boil, then let it simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl, letting it drain for about 10 minutes. Just let it drip—don’t push the pulp through!
  2. Mix in the Good Stuff: Once the juice has cooled, discard the pulp. Stir in the Norish Smoothie Booster, vanilla essence, and your sweetener of choice.
  3. Prepare the Gelatine: In a small saucepan, combine the remaining cup of apple juice with the gelatine. Heat gently while stirring until everything is melted and smooth—just don’t let it boil!
  4. Combine: Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Then, mix it with your juice and smoothie booster mixture. Stir gently (no blending, or it’ll get frothy!).
  5. Mould It: Pour the mixture into your favorite silicone molds—fill halfway if you plan to add the coconut layer, or fill all the way for just the apple-raspberry gummies.
  6. Chill Out: Place in the fridge and let the juice layer set before moving on to the coconut layer.

Vanilla Coconut Layer

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 4 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or sweetener of your choice (optional)
  • 5 tbsp gelatine

Method:

  1. Mix It Up: In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients. Stir until everything is melted and smooth.
  2. Cool Down: Remove from heat and make sure it’s well combined. Let it cool for a few minutes—just not too long, or it will start to set!
  3. Layer It Up: Once the first gummy layer is set, pour the coconut mixture on top.
  4. Final Chill: Pop it back in the fridge and wait until everything is completely firm to the touch.
  5. Enjoy: Once set, remove the gummies from the molds and enjoy your delicious treats!
